Customer Care Representative
Premier Furniture Solutions is looking for ambitious, qualified bilingual(Spanish) candidates to join our team in an entry level position. We provide financing solutions for customer's home furnishing needs inside the Ashley Furniture Homestore in the Salt Lake City area.
Position
Responsibilities:
Selling our finance option to customers who have been denied by the primary financing company.
Accurately processing customer orders from start to finish.
Verification of customer information.
Closing contracts effectively.
Listen and respond to resolve a variety of customer requests.
Collecting on past due accounts.
Provide excellent customer service.
Who we are looking for:
People who truly enjoy helping customers by selling a solution to their needs/wants/desires.
People who consistently drive for extraordinary results.
Individuals who like to learn, seek challenges and go out of their way to help others be successful.
Must be Bilingual(Spanish)
High School diploma required, some college preferred.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management is preferred.
Demonstrates a high level of integrity by doing the right thing every time.
Must be extremely reliable and on-time for scheduled shift.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Employment is contingent on passing a background, driving record check and drug screen.
