Scanning all customer invoices into the system daily Match and batch paperwork (invoices & credits) accurately and under time-constraints Clerical support to Accounting Dept.Perform other duties as assigned Detail-oriented and well-organized Able to work independently with minimal supervision Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or reception experience in a business environment Proficient and accurate data-entry skillsProficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Can effectively use copy machine, fax, telephone with minimal training Effective verbal/written communication skills in carrying out job duties with various departments and levels of management.Top 3 Must Have Skills:
Must be proficient in MS Office such as Excel and Word, type 40 words per minute, Detail Oriented, good communication skillsTechnology Needed:
