We are seeking a skilled and passionate Batista to join our team.
As a Batista, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional coffee and boba tea experiences for our customers.
If you have a love for coffee/boba tea and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and milk tea - Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee drinks by following recipes and brewing techniques - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe which includes kitchen, dining area and bathroom - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Batista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
We are willing to train - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
