Field customer inquiries - both email & phone Assist Customer Service Team with Data Entry Processing Incoming Mail Emailing invoices to customers Schedule freight A/R:
Deposits, Cash Receipts, Following up on late payers A/P:
Entering bills, Cutting Checks Reconciling Quickbooks to Checking Accounts Manage Inventory Cycle Counts Find solutions You are/have:
A Team Player, self-starter A good memory and high attention to details A Win-Win problem solver Desire to take on challenges to learn and grow Organized, articulate, and communicate well, verbally and in writing Experience in B2B operations Experience in Shipping & Receiving, and Inventory Management Experience in Quickbooks, UPS Worldship Job Type:
